Description
French 19th century Sevres style coffee can and saucer. The beautifully decorated set a fine example of 19th century French porcelain with a bold blue celeste base glaze decorated with various scenes of blossoming flowers surrounded with gilded boarders and scrollwork amongst a green laurel leaf boarder with berries. The coffee can decorated with a central rectangular scene with a famers wife feeding chickens and rabbits, holding a basket. Signed to the lower left of the scene La-Grisée (The Gray).
