    Description

Fine contemporary jack in the pulpit glass vase in the style of Tiffany. Blown with iridescent colours with a stunning shimmering surface from every single view. The vase from American glass studio Mario Real from Santa Barbara. Signed to the base Mario Real Studio SB 97′ for 1997.

Notes | Jack-in-the-pulpit is a wildflower native to North America, but it is easily grown in shaded gardens elsewhere. It gets its common name from its odd flower: a pouch-shaped spathe (pulpit) with an overhanging hood that surrounds a fingerlike central spadix (Jack). The blown glass vases are based on this flower but without the central figure or “jack” and without its hood.

Condition | Perfect, no damage and no restoration.
