Description
French Sevres bleu celeste ground lidded chocolate cup and saucer circa 1880. The set jewel encrusted with beautiful floral scenes amongst gilt scrollwork with a central seated cherub. The cup with an interlaced gilt striped handle with white glaze up to lid with fruit finial and further floral work. Signed to the bases with 18th century Sevres marks but 19th century.

Condition | Excellent, very minor gilt wear to the saucer where the cup stands, a couple of missing jewels. No other damage or restoration. Original glaze fold to the inside lid.
