Description
From our decorative collection we are pleased to offer this unusual stone head. The South East Asian grey stone carved in the shape of a male head wearing a conical hat and having a moustache. The hat lifts to reveal a storage cavity within with obvious signs of hand-made carving. The stone head dates to the second half of the Qing dynasty 1644 to 1912. The stone is an unusual and decorative piece.
Measurements 27cm high x 18cm Wide x 17.5cm Deep (10.63 x 7.9 x 6.9 Inches)
Condition Good, some cracking and chipping to the extremities.
